Insurance
How do I check if Rocky Mountain Dermatology accepts my insurance?
We are contracted with most major insurance carriers. However, you should contact your insurance provider to ensure your specific plan is in-network and to receive a detailed explanation of your coverage. Any members covered by out-of-network insurance companies will not have their visits covered and will be required to pay in full out-of-pocket at the time of service*.
All plans from the following insurance carriers are out-of-network with our office:
Friday Health Plans
Bright Health
Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente Medicare
Rocky Mountain Health Plans
*Medicaid*
*Please note our office is NOT contracted with Medicaid, and we are bound by law to deny private or out of pocket pay pertaining to medical visits for Medicaid members. Unfortunately, this means our office is not allowed to treat any medicaid members for medical concerns under any payer scenario.
